1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MaxyService ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MaxyService is a cloud-based service management platform designed for repair businesses. The Service includes customer management, device tracking, service request workflows, invoicing, team collaboration, a customer portal, and related features as described on our website.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete registration information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Subscription & Payments
MaxyService offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or data capacity — you are responsible for exporting data before downgrading.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to MaxyService. We do not access, sell, or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter, including customer personal information. You must have appropriate consent from your customers to store their data in the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Submit malicious code or content
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API endpoints
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service by automated means
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages, natural disasters, or network failures.
8. Intellectual Property
MaxyService, its logo, and all related materials are the property of the MaxyService team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations during your subscription period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxyService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed upon by both parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
